Hello Ladies and Parents,
Good first week of workouts for those of you that have been attending!
Friendly reminder, summer workouts are mandatory!
Do not expect to miss summer workouts and play varsity this upcoming season. If you CANNOT attend workouts then you need to email me and let me know why.
Everyone that participates must have a physical on file!
Next week our workouts will resume M/W/F 6am-7:15am- running/weights, Tues/Thurs 4-5:30pm soccer practice.
Next week we also will have little kids camp from 6-8pm! The camp will run Monday- Thursday. Our camp will be combined with lacrosse. Please let me know if you would like to volunteer to help!
